1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern the use of the norvaliq.com website and related services provided by Norvaliq d.o.o., registered at Heinzelova 62a, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, OIB: 45712890316 ('Norvaliq'). By using our website, you accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our site.
2. Definitions
'Platform' refers to the norvaliq.com website and all related digital services. 'User' refers to any person who accesses or uses the Platform. 'Project' refers to a real estate project available for crowdfunding investment through the Platform. 'Investment' refers to a User's financial contribution to a specific Project.
3. Use of the Platform
The Platform serves as an informational portal about crowdfunding investments in real estate in Croatia. Content on the Platform is intended solely for informational purposes and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. Users are obligated to use the Platform in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.
4. Investment Terms
Each investment is subject to specific terms stated on the individual Project page. Norvaliq does not guarantee the return of invested funds nor the realization of profits. Before making an investment decision, Users are advised to carefully review all available Project information, including risk assessment. Minimum investment amounts, expected timelines, and payout conditions are defined separately for each Project.
5. Investment Risks
Investing in real estate through crowdfunding carries inherent risks, including but not limited to: the possibility of partial or complete loss of invested capital; project realization delays; changes in market conditions; and regulatory changes. Past results do not guarantee future returns. Users are recommended to invest only capital they are prepared to lose.
6. Fees
Norvaliq charges transparent fees for its services, clearly stated before each investment. All applicable fees, including management and administrative fees, are displayed on each Project page. Norvaliq reserves the right to modify the fee structure with prior notice to Users.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including texts, graphics, logos, images, and software, is protected by intellectual property rights and is the property of Norvaliq d.o.o. or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or use of content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Norvaliq makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on the Platform but does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of content. Norvaliq is not liable for direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of the Platform or investment in projects. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia. For all disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform, the Commercial Court in Zagreb, Croatia, has jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions dictate otherwise.
10. Dispute Resolution
In case of a dispute, Norvaliq encourages users to first contact our support team for an attempt at amicable resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved by agreement, users may file a complaint with the competent authority or initiate proceedings before the competent court in Zagreb, in accordance with applicable legislation.
11. Amendments to Terms
Norvaliq reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications take effect on the date of publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after publication of modifications is considered acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend regularly reviewing this page.
